We at Eventglasses have started our business in the bedroom of our small apartment by mother and daughter in 2016. Our original concepts were to create glassware and give it to our friends as gifts. Our first line consisted of 5 gifts. Our friends were so excited about their gifts, that other friends of their's started asking and requesting one for themselves. We felt lucky and started our own online store to attract more customers and here we are. We've added new lines of products which are manufactured in Italy and Romania and are constantly looking for new collections.

Orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days from the time your order is received. Depending on where products are being shipped, transit time is usually 2-3 business days - U.S.P.S. Any returns for reasons other than breakages in transit or defects may be returned within 7 days of purchasing. Only cost of products will be refunded after receiving the returned products. SHIPPING IS FREE. The product must be carefully packed and get to us in good conditions. We issue replacements, or refunds. We ship some products to the U.S. ONLY, but most of our products are shipped to the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, and Canada. Our carrier of choice is U.S.P.S. for continental U.S. and U.S.P.S. for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Canada. We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
All claims for damages must be made within 5 days of delivery. No exceptions. We cannot be held responsible for replacements that may or may not make it in time for any circumstance.
