Orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days from the time your order is received. Depending on where products are being shipped, transit time is usually 2-7  business days - U.S.P.S. Any returns for reasons other than breakages in transit or defects may be returned within 7 days of purchasing. Only cost of products will be refunded after receiving the returned products. SHIPPING IS NOT INCLUDED. The product must be carefully packed and get to us in good conditions. We issue refunds. We ship some products to the U.S. ONLY, but most of our products are shipped to the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, and Canada. Our carrier of choice is U.S.P.S. for continental U.S. and U.S.P.S. for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Canada. We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

All claims for damages must be made within 5 days of delivery. No exceptions. We cannot be held responsible for replacements that may or may not make it in time for any circumstance.
